Shipping policy

At Brightland, we're committed to delivering your children's footwear with care, speed, and full transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For the Channel Islands and international orders, please contact us at hello@brightland.cc

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or forwarding addresses.


MISSED DELIVERIES + RETURNS TO SENDER

If a delivery is missed and not collected from the courier's depot or drop-off point in time, it may be returned to us. If this occurs due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee of £5.00 will be charged. We will contact you before resending your order.


DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier issues, strikes). Brightland is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such delays.


PACKAGING

All orders are packed with care using eco-conscious materials. You may receive your order in one of our reusable potato starch mailers or a recyclable cardboard box.
