MEASURING AT HOME (WITHOUT A PRINTER)
-
01
Grab a sheet of A4 paper + a pen / pencil
-
02
Place the paper on a hard floor (not carpet) up against a wall
-
03
Find your child. Snacks may help
-
04
Stand them on the paper. With heels touching the wall
-
05
Mark tip of their longest toe. Standing tall, feet flat, toes relaxed
-
06
Take a deep breath. You’re almost there
-
07
Repeat with the other foot. If they haven’t moved
-
08
Use the longer foot measurement, add 1cm for room to grow. Match length to size chart
CHECK FIT ONCE SHOES ARRIVE
You should be able to gently press and feel where their toes end through the shoe upper without them feeling squished
The shoe should hold gently at the heel without slipping off
If they’re pulling the shoes off quickly or walking differently, it might be a sign to try a different size
Check there’s about a thumb’s width (roughly 1 cm) between the longest toe and the front of the shoe
The shoe should flex naturally with their foot and stay securely on without effort
